Definitions
According to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), SEÇİL DENTAL CLINIC SERVICES TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“SEÇİL DENTAL”) is defined as the data controller for processing your personal data. Pursuant to Article 10 on "Obligation to Inform", data controllers are obliged to inform individuals whom they process personal data about. This text is prepared by SEÇİL DENTAL both for legal compliance and transparency.
- Clarification Obligation: The responsibility to inform related parties about the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing, possible transfers, methods, legal grounds, and rights under Article 11.
- Data Subject (“You”): Any real person whose personal data is processed due to visiting www.secildentalclinic.com.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Data Controller: The real or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Personal Data Processing According to Processes

Your application must include your full name, (for Turkish citizens: national ID; or, for others: nationality/passport or ID number), address for notifications, contact information, and your request, along with relevant documentation. SEÇİL DENTAL reserves the right to verify your identity.
